HyperHabits carries a 16+ age rating on the App Store. We chose it deliberately: we believe good habits are built by parents first, and this app is for the years when you take full ownership of your own days.

The app contains no violence, no gambling, no sexual content, and no mature themes. The 16+ rating is our deliberate recommendation, not a content warning — it is about readiness, not risk.

• Habit tracking: add habits, check them off, and watch your streak grow.
• A calendar view of your completed days, with back-filling for missed days.
• Personal insights: completion rates, heatmaps, and streak statistics.
• Social features: copy habits from other users and follow friends to see their latest habits.
• One daily notification summarizing your habits. No spam, no re-engagement loops.

There are no ads, no in-app purchases, no chat or direct messaging, and no third-party tracking inside the app.

We chose 16+ on purpose. We believe the best habits are built by parents first — around the kitchen table, long before an app is ever needed. Good habits start at home, and HyperHabits is made for the years after that foundation is already there.

That is why the app is aimed at people 16 and older: adults and older teens who are ready to take full ownership of their own days, set their own habits, and hold themselves to their own streaks.

If your teenager uses HyperHabits, know what it does: it logs which habits they marked complete and shows the streak. That is the whole dataset. There is no location, no contacts, and no messaging.

The account can be deleted at any time from the app's settings or through our support page, which removes all associated data.
